About
About MemoryHQ
A shared knowledge base and long-term memory for teams and the AI agents they use.
What MemoryHQ is
MemoryHQ reads your files and the apps you connect, answers questions with links to its sources, and remembers facts about the people who use it, such as their role, their preferences and the decisions they made. Answers fit whoever is asking.
How it works
- Search covers uploaded files (PDF, Word, Markdown, CSV, JSON and HTML, plus audio and video, which it transcribes) and pages synced from Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence and GitHub. Semantic and keyword search run together, so a paraphrase and an exact ticket number both find their match.
- Memory stores small, single facts. When a new fact contradicts an old one, the old one is marked as replaced and kept as history. Facts with an end date expire on their own.
- Access follows the teams and roles you set up. Search, answers, memory and the API all apply the same rules, and what you tell it about yourself stays private to you.
Who it is for
Teams that want one place to ask what they know, and developers who want to give their own product a memory. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other agents connect through the MCP server. Products connect through the Memory API, where each of their users gets private memory inside one workspace.
Pricing
Each plan is a flat price per workspace with no per-seat fees, and there is a free plan. See the plans.
Your data
You can see everything MemoryHQ remembers, export it, and delete your account or workspace yourself. The privacy policy and data processing agreement have the details.
