Terms of service

The agreement for using MemoryHQ

By creating an account or using MemoryHQ you agree to these terms, on your own behalf and, if you use it for an organisation, on its behalf too.

Last updated 19 October 2026

1. The service

MemoryHQ (“we”) is a shared knowledge base and memory for teams and their AI agents. You bring in files and connected apps, ask questions, and get answers with sources. There is a free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give us accurate details. Keep your sign-in method and API keys to yourself; anything done with them counts as done by you. Tell us at once if you think an account or key has been compromised.

3. Your content

You own what you upload, connect and write. You give us permission to host, index, process and display it, only as needed to run the service for you and the members of your workspace. We do not train models on it. You are responsible for having the right to upload your content and to connect the apps you connect, including other people’s personal data in them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MemoryHQ to store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights or contains malware. Do not try to reach another workspace’s data, probe or overload the service, or work around rate limits and plan limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI answers

Answers and memories are generated by AI from your content. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters against the cited source. MemoryHQ is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; the plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for and then returns to Free with your data intact. We do not refund part months unless the law where you live says we must. If we change prices we tell you at least 30 days in advance.

7. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account or any workspace you own at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms or for non-payment, with notice where that is practical. When the agreement ends, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep MemoryHQ available and improving, but do not promise uninterrupted service, especially on the free plan. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on we give notice first.

9. Warranties and liability

MemoryHQ is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for anything arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. If you use MemoryHQ for an organisation, the data processing agreement also applies and forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we email workspace owners before the change takes effect. Using MemoryHQ after that date means you accept the new terms.
