What is MemoryHQ?
A shared memory for your team and its AI agents. Bring in files and connected apps, ask questions and get answers with sources. Over time it remembers people’s roles, preferences and decisions, so answers fit whoever is asking.
What can I bring in?
PDF, Word, Markdown, CSV, JSON and HTML files, plus audio and video, which are transcribed for you. You can also connect Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence and GitHub, or any app with an MCP server.
How does it stay up to date?
Connected apps sync new pages and edits in the background. In memory, a newer fact replaces the old one, and facts with an end date, like a vacation, expire on their own.
Can I use it from Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT?
Yes. MemoryHQ is an MCP server: add it to any agent that speaks MCP and it can search your docs, recall memories and remember new things. Searching from your agent is free; adding memories uses AI credits.
Who can see what?
Collections belong to teams and roles, and search, answers, memory and the API all follow the same rules. What you tell it about yourself stays private to you.
Can I see or delete what it remembers?
Yes. The Memory page shows everything it knows about you and your team, and you can make it forget anything with one click.
How much does it cost?
There’s a free plan forever. Paid plans start at $35 a month and are sized by how much your team knows, not by seats.
