The text we read out of your files and connected apps, indexed for search and memory. This is what your plan measures. A page of writing is about 3 KB, and a 5 MB PDF is often only 100 KB of text.
We keep every file you upload so you can open or download it any time. It has a generous fair-use cap; you’ll reach the knowledge base limit long before it unless you upload a lot of video.
Answers, memory and summaries are billed at what the AI actually costs, with no rounding up. A typical answer costs well under a cent, so $5.00 covers hundreds of questions.
Example: Pro’s 8 GB knowledge base holds about 2.8M pages of written text, whether it comes from uploads, Notion, Linear, Jira or GitHub.
Nothing is deleted. New uploads and syncs pause until you free up space or upgrade. When AI credits run out, AI answers and new memories pause until your credits reset next month.
Searching your documents, memories and profile from an agent is free: your agent writes the answer with its own model. Only tools that run our AI, like asking for a written answer or adding a memory, use credits.

Yes. Upgrade any time from your workspace’s billing settings. If you cancel, the workspace returns to Free and keeps all of its data.
Per workspace. Everyone in it shares the plan’s storage and credits, up to the member limit. You can have one Free workspace; any others need a paid plan.
